Verse 74 Continued – Gross wanting to hug the subtle
The ears perceive sound, the eyes perceive form and colour, the nose, tongue and the skin. Now these five; form and colour, sound, smell, taste, touch. These five are called sense objects. The sense objects are made up of tanmatras.
