We do not look at life and this world in its totality. We look at a part of life and think that it is whole. We divide life into compartments and give undue importance to only some aspects. As a result there is no total growth and therefore no total success. .
Our idea of success is individualistic. The prosperity of the entirety has not been looked into. Everyone is a role model for one’s family, for one’s employees or for the people around.

If such a person, when in a position of influence, has the vision of totality then there will be real success. There will be a total growth in one’s personality. When the whole nation is built up of such people, the nation will grow, and only then the world will change.

Pujya Gurudev had this vision and brought this vision to light through His talks on Vedanta. .
He trained His Brahmacharis to have the same vision too and they are working all over the world to bring out His vision.
When the vision is taken care of, everything else will be taken care of.
