“Plan out your work” and then never neglect to “work out your plan.” The former without the latter is sheer waste. The latter without the former is unproductive confusion. Where these two guidelines are followed sincerely, success will shine out, in spite of all the piled-up difficulties en route. Let us not worry about the recognition or about the reward, but let us be more anxious about the quality of our work.
