Guruji Speaks- Vision for the Family!

Written by Pujya Guruji Swami Tejomayananda after Pujya Gurudev’s Mahasamadhi, this letter addressed the Chinmaya Mission members.
“Param Pujya Gurudev has attained Mahasamadhi, thus fulfilling his own life. However, the life of all those who came in his contact will not remain the same in his physical absence. .
It is only in the course of time that we may fully realise how deeply he has touched our lives, giving them purpose and direction. Indeed our lives have been blessed because of our association with him.

It is needless to recount here Pujya Gurudev’s achievements in various walks of life, for they are all well known.
What is important, however, is for us to know that his work has provided us a variety of fields to serve the society, according to our aptitude and ability. .
Such work, in a spirit of devoted worship of God, is the only means of purifying our minds. Let us remember this at all times while working in our own endeavours.
It may be once in a century a person like Pujya Gurudev is born in this world. None of us can take his place in the organization. .
All of us can be his devoted and dedicated Sevaks’ serving his mission with the vision imparted by him in a way that would make him proud of us all. .
We may doubt the merit of our brother or sister devotee’s particular opinion, but may we not doubt his or her loyalty to, and devotion for, Pujya Gurudev. .
Think and feel that the other member has more devotion that you do. Such an attitude will certainly bring more mutual love and harmony among the Chinmaya family members.

We all shall work together and achieve together for the welfare of all. May God’s Grace and Pujya Gurudev’s blessings be with us ever!
