Nearly 250 book publishers, from all over India, participated in the 14th edition of the annual book fair organized by Booksellers and Publishers Association of South India [BAPASI] at Tamukkam Grounds, Madurai, from Aug. 30 to Sep. 9. This year, the fair had more than 300 book stalls covering religion, self-help, health, non-fiction in English and Tamil. Swami Sivayogananda was personally present at the Mission stall, put up for the fifth consecutive year, to guide the visitors. There was a good response, especially from youngsters. It was estimated that more than 3 lakh people visited the exhibition and most of them were students from colleges and schools.
