1. CCMT Education Cell organized a Master Trainers Meet on Sep. 17 and 18. Thirty-four Master Trainers from 20 Vidyalayas and two Vision Schools participated. Smt. Rajeshwari Satish conducted a session on embedding 21st century skills with CVP. They were introduced to integrating Multiple Intelligences in classrooms through various inter-active sessions and trained to conduct the Drug Demand Reduction Program in their schools.
2. Fourteen delegates from six Chinmaya Colleges participated in ‘Netritva II’, organized by CCMT Education Cell, at Chinmaya Gardens from Sep. 23 to 25. Dr. Senthil Kumaran, head of The Learners Confluence, shared the best practices of process approach, learning and collaborative climate in educational institutions. Krishnamurthy spoke on Pujya Gurudev and Smt. Meena Sriram on the Chinmaya Education Movement. The sessions covered many practical ideas leading to concrete action points that could ensure continuous improvement in the colleges.
