30 kids aged 5-13 years old attended a Bala Vihar satsang in Pune on 17 November 2019, at the residence of Karishma and Satish Punjabi. The session was led by Brahmachari Param Chaitanya, who is posted at Chinmaya Vibhooti. Paramji began with an explanation of why we chant 3 Oms and 3 Shantis. He went on to speak a little about Lord Ganesha’s vehicle and family members. And the highlight was a story from the portion of Ramayana where the bridge to Lanka is being built. The take home for the kids was the importance of smiling everyday and of feeling gratitude to all, but especially to their parents. The kids were very attentive and receptive and many of them asked when the next such Bala Vihar satsang would be!
