Spiritual Unfoldment

Again, even after full preparedness, some may find themselves stagnated for long periods. Such stagnation is essentially a sign that the meditator is getting entangled with his own subtle attachments, with the outer world of objects, and with his own inner world of emotions and thoughts.

When the mind is loaded with its own inhibitions, it cannot enter into the subtle layers of the higher Consciousness. Success in spiritual unfoldment comes only when we are regular.

By exercising once a week, you cannot improve your body. If you eat once a week, it is not nourishment enough. It must be regularly done, every day, at a specific time. Never give it up even for a day, whether you are traveling or are sick.

When concentration is developed, all sadhana is almost at an end. You must continue your practice until you achieve the realization of the flameless Light of Consciousness.
